Verify a Certificate

Confirm the authenticity of any AIvanced Academy certificate using its unique certificate number.

For privacy reasons, certificates cannot be searched by learner name.

How Verification Works

  1. 1Enter the certificate number printed on the credential — it looks like AIF-XXXXXX-XXXX.
  2. 2Our system checks the certificate against our live database in real time.
  3. 3You'll see the learner name, course, completion date, and current status instantly.

What's Displayed

A verified certificate shows:

  • Learner's full name
  • Course title and version
  • Date of completion
  • Certificate number
  • Issuing organization
  • Current status (valid, expired, or revoked)

Can't Verify a Certificate?

If a certificate number returns "not found," try these steps:

  • · Double-check the number for typos — it's case-insensitive.
  • · Make sure you're using the full certificate number, not a short code.
  • · If the issue persists, contact the learner directly and ask them to share their certificate PDF.
